VAC Fox Cities (Volunteer Action Council)
A local networking association for volunteer managers
Networking: Monthly meetings, sharing ideas and information with other volunteer coordinators. Meetings are the third Thursday of the month at 11:30 to 1:00 - locations rotate from month to month to visit and become more familiar with the VAC agencies. Usually meets January through May, September, October, and November. During the summer months usually a networking lunch is scheduled.
Presentations: Monthly programs on topics of interest to volunteer management.
One Vote: Have a voice in VAC’s direction, leadership and policies. One vote per agency.
Volunteer of the Month Award: Eligible to nominate a volunteer from your agency to receive this award. The award is co-sponsored with the Volunteer Center of East Central Wisconsin and Volunteer Action Council. The Post Crescent prints the Volunteer of Month information in the Good Neighbor Section of the Sunday edition.
